Returns
Goods will only be taken back after our approval. If we agree to a return, an equivalent product will be delivered or you will be entitled to a voucher worth the purchase amount. Shipping and return costs are never reimbursed. Special offers and/or bargains cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipments, as well as goods that are sent for warranty assessment or repair, must be sent to our address carriage paid and at the risk of the sender, and this in its original packaging. The shipments must be advised in advance. The costs charged by the credit companies or paypal are not refundable in case of cancellation or return of order. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the shipments.
